Mike and his team replaced a large concrete patio that had cracked due to age. They also repaired old concrete steps that had disintegrated in many areas. This included repairing and refinishing the wrought iron railing. Another major part of the project was repairing and coating very old block walls to a storage room that contains an oil tank.

Throughout this multi-week process, Mike kept us updated on the next steps to be taken and was always available to answer any questions. Mike is an excellent communicator with respect to content and timeliness.

Amazing experience. The concrete and brick on my entry steps were in need of repair. There were also several holes in the mortar from a portico that was removed along with some cracks due to water wear.

Maycol came out two days after our call to inspect the property and provided a quote for the work. I had a short turnaround time to ensure the railings were back in place before a visit from my elderly parents and Maycol made it happen. He and his crew finished the job in a day and half, before rain came, and despite my having to head out of town on day 2. When I got back with my parents two days later, they were able to use the railings safely. The color matches for the steps and mortar were spot on and I got a quote for some additional work. Maycol and the team were courteous, proactive and professional. They completed a difficult manual trenching job and application of a moisture barrier to a 100 year old foundation.
