Mike and his team replaced a large concrete patio that had cracked due to age. They also repaired old concrete steps that had disintegrated in many areas. This included repairing and refinishing the wrought iron railing. Another major part of the project was repairing and coating very old block walls to a storage room that contains an oil tank.

Throughout this multi-week process, Mike kept us updated on the next steps to be taken and was always available to answer any questions. Mike is an excellent communicator with respect to content and timeliness.

We look forward to working with Mike (MEVM Construction) in the future.

Excellent job! And this was a challenging job since had to levels to prior construction. Perfect match on the brick, hard to achieve for 30 year old brick. Highly recommended.

MEVM Construction does excellent work. The repaired the brick, cleaned the brick, and cleaned the debris in front of our homes after a car plowed through the brick columns in front of the house.

Amazing experience. The concrete and brick on my entry steps were in need of repair. There were also several holes in the mortar from a portico that was removed along with some cracks due to water wear.

Maycol came out two days after our call to inspect the property and provided a quote for the work. I had a short turnaround time to ensure the railings were back in place before a visit from my elderly parents and Maycol made it happen. He and his crew finished the job in a day and half, before rain came, and despite my having to head out of town on day 2. When I got back with my parents two days later, they were able to use the railings safely. The color matches for the steps and mortar were spot on and I got a quote for some additional work. I will certainly be working with MEVM for future projects.

It was a pleasure having MEVM work on our brick patio. They made sure the job was done correctly and the crew was very friendly.

Maycol and the team were courteous, proactive and professional. They completed a difficult manual trenching job and application of a moisture barrier to a 100 year old foundation. They extended the trench deeper than requested to address all issues. The job was done quickly and the site was meticulously cleaned when done.
